Studio Fallout at 50-A Bannam Place is a 1500 sqft basement level historic event venue space.

From fine art exhibitions, retail pop-ups, book talks, film screenings, live music performances, DJ nights, fundraisers - we’ve done it all!

Flexible Payment Structures:

  • Flat-Rate fee is $50/hr set-up and $150/hr for event time.

  • We assume a two-hour load-in/set-up and one-hour teardown/clean-up. So, for example, if your event goes from 8pm-10pm, we will charge $150 (total for set-up/break-down) plus $300 for event time.

  • Profit Share is $150 cleaning fee plus $50/hr for staff and 40% gross revenue.

  • Fundraisers. We will only charge $150 cleaning fee plus $50/hr for staff. We must see verification of payment to cause.

Notes:

  • Additional staffing can be provided at $50/hour per person. Staff must be booked in advance, with no cancellations allowed.

  • Professional lighting & sound setup available at affordable rates.
