Featuring Winston's dark humor and oddball “art,” Public Outcry comes from a time when a bunch of creative misfits cut’n’pasted their own publications, photocopying whatever they could get their hands on (usually at the library), and passing them out to friends. No publishers, no grand plans—just people making things because they had something to say.
This is an authentic period copy produced in 1982, not a modern photocopy or later reproduction. Signed by Winston Smith, it's a surviving piece of that early DIY publishing world, preserved for more than four decades. We are only offering three to the public.
